Shih Fu Eileen Hancock is a visionary and entrepreneur who founded Body Balance Academy in 2003. She brings over 30 years of experience in the ancient arts of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Kung Fu to her students and instructors. Shih Fu Hancock, who specializes in health consulting, founded the non-profit Lifelong Health, Inc. in 2014 with a vision of spreading Tai Chi and Qi Gong as a global resource for harmonizing the world.
Catherine Stifter is head Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor at Body Balance Academy with 15 years of practice and teaching. After completing a long and satisfying career as a public radio journalist, she has taken the role of Administrative Director of Body Balance Academy.
Summer Lujan is Program Director of Body Balance Academy, facilitating with an integrative approach to ensure the highest level of learning in a safe environment. For more than a decade, she has led youth Leadership programs and coached Performance and Competition programs.
Shannon Eli, General Manager of Ellis Planning Associates, provides fiscal management for Lifelong Health, Inc. She brings 15 years experience in for-profit and non-profit accounting and business management.
Galen Ellis, President of Ellis Planning Associates, Inc. leads Lifelong Health Inc.’s strategic planning, assessment and evaluation efforts. She has engaged many community-based organizations locally and throughout California over the last 30 years and continues to foster mutually beneficial relationships between health-related non-profits.
